Would a couple of you mind PM'ing account info (account number or phone number)? I don't need everyone, just a couple, preferably not in weather effected areas.

Watching recorded Mutant Planet, 9490 SCI, recorded last night on the 922... I have a 5 second drop in audio 3 minutes and 30 seconds from the end. I can back it up and reproduce it at will...

622, EA on all HD for the last week. I also have been getting digital noise/blips in part of my picture for the last month. It is not a signal or line of sight issue.

Experienced it again tonight watching a recording of James Ellroy's LA on Discovery ID, just beyond half-way point. I believe this actually aired last night, 1/26. Lasted for about 7 seconds--very irritating, but then so is James Ellroy. I pm'd Matt my info last night.
Hope this gets fixed!

I get a 5 second drop out all the time on MSNBC HD in north eastern Maine on an eastern arc setup on a VIP222. Happens all the time.

This has been happening to my 722 on EA also.
I only watch HD channels so thats all I can report on.
Happens a lot on Natgeo and science channel.
But I have also noticed it on food network and USA network.
Sometimes its just a couple of seconds, other times its about 5 or more seconds.

Another little quirk that just started happening in the past few days is picture related.
It seems like one particular shade of a dark color suddenly goes bright baby blue scattered across the screen. It only last for a couple of seconds, but it shows up on both live and recorded programs.
I just figured it was because of all the freaky weather everyone is having and the solar activity.

Why in heck am I not seeing this on my 722 on EA? I'm still on L672 if memory serves. No problem on my 612's either, other than snow taking down all sat reception for 16 yrs yesterday. All are on a wired GigE network. Are you folks having trouble all using wireless or powerline networking?

Dunno, maybe u're just lucky Krell? Do you watch/record any Discovery channels in HD? That's where I've had it the most but also on my HD locals from Dish--on spotbeam 03, 61.5. My 722 is ethernet connected.

Been having audio drops(a few seconds or so when they occur) for about a week now. 622 with EA. At first I didn't pay much attention as they manifested themselves during HD commercials. Here I thought that was a blessing..
