Bigger OTA Antenna From Voom?

I've never been able to get locals, except nbc 10% of the time, and poor quality at that, with the antenna voom installed two months ago. Will voom install a better antenna, free, if I complain? OTA's arent real important actually because most the problem is the local tv stations only transmitting when they want, and at a very low reduced power that they are able. I'd like to get nbc better at least.
 
Yes, but you need to have some information on your hands. First find out which model of OTA antenna you have. The model number will usually give you what type of range it has (UHF/VHF). Next go to www.antennaweb.org and find out if your locals are really out of range with your current antenna. Also, you may want to see the direction that your locals are and see if your current antenna is aligned properly. With this information you can make a case. Complaint... with information on hand.
