I have top 250 with HD and HBO

Last month it was
Top 200 $58
3 premium $31 (250 add on, HBO, and HD)
Total $89

This month
Top 250 $68
HBO $16
HD $10
Total $94

All because I called in to get the "free premium HD". It looks like free = $5. Has anyone else run into this problem? If so did you get it fixed? I just wasted 30 minutes on a chat that didn't help at all.

Yea, you where getting a discount on the Top250, HD and HBO for the $31/mo. To simplify the billing they eliminated the discount and charged each package seperatly.

Looks like you lost the discount when you changed the HD package in August 1st...

Nothing you can do except call in and complain, I would either get rid of the HBO adn get something else like showtime or add another movie channel because its only $7 more.

Also you can get Cinemax for a penny with autopay
