Personally I don't see why not. Birdog has done a horrible job staying up to date. I recently had to upgrade to the xr-3w. For the usb version and the old console version there's only 24 ku band files left you can choose from. If you know your tool real well you can make it work. I've found ka satellites on a birdog because I knew it so well. Positive I'd? No. Check and make sure the satellite your looking for is in their list. Know that it's not really ever updated anymore
My usb version birdog will not,but You could point your dish using a (compatible)non hybrid lnb, and then switch over to the hybrid
