Buffalo Bills sign Terrell Owens- I am NOT making this up

Good analogy, but two differences:

1. Oakland did not have any decent running backs ala Marshawn Lynch.

2. Oakland did not have a second WR to team him up with- the Bills do have a bit of WR depth.

Wrong on both counts....

1) The Raiders had a very running back in LeMont Jordan(very good at least at the time)

2) A better than average but just slightly under very good at WR in Jerry Porter. We just had NO QB to get them the ball.

I'm not wishing for anyone, I am just hoping for an improvement over what Gunther was doing. RC didn't do too bad as a DC did he? Just wasn't so hot as a HC.

That's what appears to be the big misconception. RAC (Romeo A. Crennel) and Charlie Weis have appeared to be more of a beneficiary of the system instilled by Bill Belichick. Neither has proven they can suceed on their own. I wish RAC all the best. He's a great guy. But as a coach, he's lousy.
