Cause I can call and get discount off my bill. If I under contract I can't do that.

You do not have to be out of contract to get discounts ...

if u Google directv chat.. there will be a direct link that comes up in one of the results.. it's the only contact I have with dtv.. never call never have to wait in the queue and u get a transcript of the whole conversation

Yep, like I said, the box pops up then (even though I am) I asked to log in. So I log in and it takes me right back to the same page, and the vicious cycle begins. It has never ever worked for me for some reason.

have you ever tried a different broswer? and making sure your plugins are up to date.

I've tried on Firefox, IE, chrome. Makes no sense.
