Can't access my PPV certificates

I can log into my dish.com account just fine, and the other items I select (e.g. My Billing, My Account Info) all work, but if I select "My Pay-Per-View Certificates" I get bounced out to the login screen with the message "The system is currently unavailable, please try again later".

Well, I've been "trying" again all day, and still can't get in.

I'm able to look at them fine on my personal account. Maybe try another browser?
