Still waiting for my D11-100 software update!!! Any ideas why it is taking so long?

The D series will take the longest. The more boxes there are, the slower they roll them out. THe idea is to limit the load on the tech support / software teams, if there were any problems that come up.

Rule of thumb, the less boxes there are, the faster it goes across the country.
