Like all of the NYC DMA was restricted, including rural Dutchess county NY and Pike county PA where Verizon has zero plans to deploy FiOS and still only offers 3 Mbps DSL speeds, while Kansas City still had sat available, even though they were the first city cherrypicked by Google Fiber a decade ago.
