Dish Nabs 6.2b in Spectrum

T-Mobile was the auction's biggest participant with $8 billion in spectrum winnings, followed by DISH at $6.2 billion, Comcast at $1.7 billion, and AT&T at $910 million. The auction's biggest losers won't be made publicly available for several years.

Sometime this year ,but I think they can move it to 2020, but the percentage of customers they need to supply with service on their band with will also increase. The best way I find out stuff is to ask google and something pops up.

Dish subs would be paying the interest on the debt Dish has acquired to purchase this.

Normally I wouldn't bet against Charlie Ergen ,but he has hoarded all that spectrum and still hasn't used it. I don't ever see him actually using it for a wireless phone system of his own. So is he just keeping it to sell it at a higher rate later? I really hoped he and Tmobile would merge ,but the two ceos are both too head strong about who would run the combined company , so no way that happens. Same thing would of happened if DISH and Directv had merged. They would of never agreed who would of run it.
