I bought this unit brand new from a shop off ebay a couple months ago and was finally able to set it up after moving, having back surgery, and going through rehab afterwards. The only thing I was able to do with it is mount the HDD. I clicked on info and it said I had a software problem and need to do a reset and did multiple times and still come up with the same result. Screen shots below are in sequence during the reset. Starting enigma 2 stays on the home screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Unable to read the any text in the images.

What happens if only the HDMI and the power cables are attached to the STB? Same error screens?

I tried sending the photos in the smaller format for clarity. Its clear on my end. And sent the rest of the photos that were supposed to be sent.
The answer to your question is yes. I get the same result with just the power cord and HDMI connected. Thanks

An OS Mio 4k with TNAP image will display the startup screen until it is configured and channels are scanned in. Press menu to setup the tuner with the target satellites, then blind scan. The error screen indicates something was not properly configured or an online update or unsupported plugin install may have been attempted.


Install the latest TNAP 3.2 image USB EMMC version downloaded from legitfta forum then do an online software update. Your current firmware cannot be updated and may not support most plugins. Once installed, see if the problem continues.
