We have been receiving these three channels on Eutelsat 113.0°W since last December when I installed a new HDVR 3500. The STB still shows a programmed transponder at 3810H, 10000, but we are now getting a blank screen on all three channels. They disappeared sometime after Sunday March 18th. All other previously programmed channels on Eutelsat 113 are coming in strong. I’ve checked the sat signal strength and quality and they are good. We really miss the programming from Canal 22. Please check and see what you guys are getting. Thanks Marty

Canal 22 Nacional, HD

Canal 22.2, HD

Canal 22 Nacional, SD

LyngSat shows them at:

3809 H, 10000-5/6, 8PSK

I know there one on 116.8 W* that's carry 22.2 Mexican PBS station sending in 480i video format on the low Ku band "10.7 to 11.7 and the regular Ku band 11.7 to 12.2 GHz.

More freq, informations on 22.2 station.

Freq, 11.010 GHz, H 30 MBs, DVB-S2 8PSK 70 %.

Freq, 11.520 GHz, H 30 MBs, DVB-S2 8PSK 74 %.

The feed is FTA at this time the rest are encrypted 300+ channels.

I think there are 3 or 4 FTA channels on this bird.

The signal may varys depending on their spots beams.

I am in New Mexico and gets 25 to high as 74 % signal strength depending on certain transponders.

Remember use must use universal feed horn with linear polarization to get this station.

Hope this help!:)

This is great news. All I have to do is scan 116.8W Ku-Band and see what we get. If we can get "El 22" like my wife calls it she will be very happy. Signal strength on 116.8 C-Band is very good at my location. I'm using a Norsat 8115 for C-Band and Norsat 4106A for Ku. We should be able to get it. Thank you very much.

The Norsat 4106a will not tune the frequencies N5XZS listed. You would need the 4106(c) LNB for those frequencies. The 4106(b) will tune the upper side that Dish uses

I will take a closer look at the two Norsat Ku's I own. The boxes for the Norsat 4106A and 4507A both show input frequency range of 11.7-12.2 GHz which means you are right. I can always go to eBay and buy 4106c or one that will cover it. You have to understand that my wife wants "El 22" back. LOL. Thanks.

115w 4051 v 13330 all 3 channels
West Coast/Southwest footprint area
Here in NM, they come in fine on the 10ft dish

I heard that Canal Once also moved to 115W. Unfortunately, I think the 115W footprint only reaches the West Coast and Southwest on C-band. No signal on my 6-footer. When I get a 10-footer, will try, but not looking good. For now, you might have to do like I have done and move it over to 116.8W to get the Canal 22 in SD on the Edusat mux (3720 V 27000).

I have a 10ft dish with a Chaparral co-rotor II Norsat 8115 C-band and 4106a Ku-band. They bring in the signals very well on 113w and 117w here in North Alabama. I have to add the 115W to the list on my receiver and scan it. I have been wondering what's on that bird. I will get it done by this week-end. Canal Once and Canal 22 are two of are favorites. Thanks for your help.

Yes, after looking at the footprint of Eutelsat 115W we are getting no signal at my location. The only area of the US it covers is mostly the western states including Alaska. There are other ways of getting those channels I'm sure. We'll leave that for another discussion. Thanks

I will check that tomorrow. I think that's right. There are 4 channels I believe on H. The new mux at 4051 and the powervu Alaska channels are it on Vertical.

At my location North Alabama I am not getting any signal from 115W on my 10' dish. I'm glad to report that we are getting canal 22 and Once on a new receiver on PowerVu channels.
