Extra STB Rental Fee-WTF?

Here's a copy of my invoice right from Voom's website, look at the 2nd line:

06/13 - 07/12/04 VOOM IRD Rental $9.50
06/13 - 07/12/04 1 additional VOOM IRD Rental @ $14.00 $14.00
06/13 - 07/12/04 MULTIRD $0.00
06/13 - 07/12/04 1 additional MULTIRD @ $5.00 $5.00

I'm being billed $19.00 for my 2nd box!

Can someone else please go to the website and check your statement?

I just got off the phone with Voom and they said it was a "glitch" for this month only and I will get a credit.

I do have the additional rental but fortunately mine wasn't double charged. That's what you get for YELLING...lol

I just went and checked mine.

I have the $39.95 a month package, plus playboy HD and my monthly total amount due is $67.59 which seems kind of high.

I just called and canceled Playboy HD as I never watch it.

It does not show me anything like Box Rental or taxes or anything else.

It gets really screwy when I look at my bill.

= 104.30
Tax 5%
109.52 but my bill states 112.60 which is like a 7.9% tax

Mine's really screwed up. It's supposed to be $124.96. I called Voom on Saturday and they were supposed to fix it. I guess I need to Call them again because it's still the same.

It's a 3 room system installed on June 22nd....

I think they double-charged DarrellP because of the 110 inch display, because it's twice as big as what most guys have. Maybe they would cut you a break i f you tell them you mainly use the 13" computer monitor.

My bill is easy:
VA VA VOOM 79.90
FRANCH FEE EQUIP/SMT/REM $5.36

Total is $85.26

Never switched from charter to lease, so no equipment rental charges.

i got a bill for 20 but on the next line it says ur refund will be mailed soon.

i was supposed to pay 10 dollars..cause i got a 40 dollar credit..but i cancelled in the middle of june so they only charge 25 for voom..

voom's having a looooot of billing problems. this cant be good.

bad enuf the dang box is buggy..now their computer systems are too. oh why am i not surprised.
