FM Squared Broadcasts?

I've heard mention of some radio broadcasts on satellite being transmitted in FM Squared mode. Are there any free-to-air receivers that are capable of tuning in those types of broadcasts?

I think there is very little FM Squared still being broadcast. A specialized receiver is required, FTA receivers won't work. Here are some websites that might help:

I beleive if most not all broadcasters have moved away from FM Squared. Most satellite radio networks are using digital platforms now.
