FTAdirect server issues.

Hello.
As of Thursday, Sept 28th @ 11:45am EST, the company we host our websites with had a severe hard drive crash. They are in the process in restoring our sites, but could take some time. We are very sorry for this mishap. Our phones are still working, and we are still shipping product.

How about the 888 number? Will it ever get back to normal? Or the "LiveHelp?" It never seems to be working when I visit.
