I do not watch this channel and I know it is disruptive to some, but I love Dish for standing up for fair rates!

You do know that most/all of the carriage contracts contain annual increases, don't you. Of course the package prices go up each year. The costs to Dish go up as well. As long as Dish is able to hold the line at the typical $5 increase, I won't complain.
