genie and HR 17 upgrades

upgrades i would like to see for the genies and the HR 17.
back lit remotes set to default!!!
channel logos nest to the channel and not only on the top of the screen
google assistant added
a way to view your subscribed channels without having to make a favorites list

That would all be great. Sadly there will be no upgrades unless AT&T sells off Direct

Google assistant would only happen if Google bought D* ... (which I would be happy about ... google buying D* that is)
The Sony TVs work off Android, even though thats not the same thing, those two worked out an agreement, ,D* and Google would have to do the same.

Subbed channels was suppose to be in the "Channels I Get" in the Custom section, but that has NEVER worked that I know of since they started with it, many years ago, I tell people to avoid that option all together and just make up a Custom guide with all thier favorites in it.

my only other gripe is that i can't downgrade my package online i can only upgrade it. i hate having to call in spending hours on hole to take care of something that should only take 5 mins tops..
