OTHER Globecast World TV LNBF

I have a customer who has a Globecast World TV Ku Antenna. The LNBF is going south. It's a New Japan Radio model NJR2162F which I can't seem to locate anywhere to make a direct swap.

Does anyone know if the feedhorn on this antenna will only accept circular LNBF or can any decent one be used? And if not, does anyone know the throat diameter of the feed horn so I can track down a replacement?

You need a C120 flange mount LNB. They are not being made anymore so limited to stock on hand. Example here.
