Can anyone help? Am I really screwed? I'm finally upgrading to Hopper now that the OTA module is available. However, now that my installation appointment is scheduled, I am unable to order from the Dish Online Store. I get the message: You have an open appointment, please complete your request after your appointment is complete.
When I attempted to contact customer service, they told me that they are unable to order the module because it does not show that I own a Hopper, therefore they are unable to order accessories for Hopper.
Is all of this true? Can anyone help me get one of these ordered TODAY???
