Help please

I awoke this morning to no sat signal on any receiver. All was well 8 hours ago...no storms...perfect day here. The dish apears to be OK. Neither receiver can acquire a signal. D* wants to send out a tech....TUESDAY. Any ideas???? Thanks!

Hey guys...problem solved. It seems we had some sort of power blip last night. I simply unplugged both receivers from the AC for a minute and all now work. It is a bit disconcerting that the D* tech support did not suggest this. Thanks.
