I was just fixing to say the same thing. Yes, Cadco (Community Antenna Development Corporation) was the company that he started about 1971-72 and was involved in until the late 70's.

Yes very true, the blonder tong unit looks like a H filter to scramble HBO and the VCII where use to unscramble the Satellite signals. the Cadco modulators were duel and sometimes 3 channel modulators. They were replaced by RCA s VT20s in the 90s It looks like you could pull 30 channels analog through that headend back then
