Old Cable Headend?

To elaborate: I went horseback riding near my Dads, and this is called "Satellite Hill" or some variant in the area. There's no local TV station here, just an AM radio station (now w/ translator), so I wondered what the reason for this old installation was. My guess is cable TV, you can see some old heavy duty coax running along the trail. The trails are intended for ATVs but works good for horseback riding as long as you don't run into the weekend warriors (I went during the week)
