Finally completed my HD install yesterday of H21-700 with Slimline dish and connection to my new Panasonic DLP. WOW what a difference from my old D* DVR and Phillips SD TV!
Only one thing left, make the network connections. That will come today if I have time. The install went well with no problems or issues. I was surprised with the Slimline alignment since I have heard horror stories about aligning these things, but in less than 15 minutes I had 96%+ on all satellites and available transponders. Sure beats the old C Band's I used to install.....LOL
Longest part of the install was running new cables as my old ones had been there for 10+ years. Figured if I was going to do it, might as well do it right.
Very satisfied so far, if only my locals were in HD..... oh well, gotta have something to gripe about!
