I would have done the exact same thing.

Looking forward to a report on the iPad; particularly if it stops those constant springboard crashes, where the menu bar of apps moves up the screen.

After two installs on it, I am not brave enough to install it on the iPad yet.

There are several new sounds.

The iPad has been running good, although I am not sure yet on battery life. After the GM was installed my battery level was 56% my son used it and watched YouTube for about an hour, then I used it reading different sites for about an hour and now my battery is at 42%

I haven't had anything crash no any other oddities.

I downloaded the 4S ipsw file (I have someone on my dev account with a 4S), got him the file, and the file inside the DMG is labelled iPhone 4,_7.0_… AND when he went to update it, it said "wrong firmware"

WTH? The DMG file is for iPhone 4S. Re-downloading it and hopeful it was a glitch, but I am kind of baffled.

I'm using someone else's account and get an error code 3194 when I try to install. I tried all of the tips on Apple's site, but still the same error. I have a 4S.

Batt already down to 49%. Usage pattern the same as I always do. Should still be at around 70% this time of day.

Mine is down fast today as well! Havent used it and was down to 36%.

Looked to see if I had any programms running and nothing was running.

Ok, thank you. You are confirming a problem. Did the error say anything about incompatible firmware?

It didn't.

It gets to the point where it's verifying with apple and then I get the 3194 error. I've rebooted, turned off the firewall, downloaded it twice.

I re-downloaded it, shared it with my friend, and he reports it is working. Strange.

My issue is that when I installed the previous download it was from a direct link. I used the same link and got the same file. When I get home I'll go to the download section and I should be able to download and install the correct version.
