Looks like a boom truck is not good enough. That must of sucked for whomever showed up with the boom and could not haul away :sly:
hahaha!
What did we decide this was??
A 12' Paraclipse? (think they DID make 15', but doubt this one is)

Honestly, I wouldn't drive up there to take it, if it were on the ground.
Not that it isn't a fine dish for somebody! :)
Know someone who has one .
Was more work to restore than a Birdview. ;)

You're not afraid of the big bad buttonhook, haha? How far of a roadtrip? There've been lots of nice dishes in the Phoenix area.

The thing about a Buttonhook that scares me, is that it kinda suggests age of the dish.
Old dishes sag. Some constructions more than others. :(
And they might not be as accurate as later dishes, intended for Ku.
But a stamped or spun aluminum (solid or perf; I have both) is less scary. ;)

There have been a number of quad-leg conversions, as well as some tri-leg mods.
With so many great ideas on the forum, you take the best from each.
Not really all that intimidating. :up
.

I know I was just been sarcastic. 12hr trip with the proper vehicle would be about $150 in gas alone.. pass
