That's the title of the ad.

In this part of the world there is no connotation about beer having any kind of class distinction. This kind of statement is regularly used between friends to suggest you think something has some value - but not much. When I'm jawing with a buddy about getting some help on a DIY project we'll measure it as a X number of beer job.

For good or bad, Albertans drink approximately 25 US Gallons of beer per capita per year - it's part of the culture.

I'd like to know the stereotype as applied to which group or class of people. To add to ftageekyyc's comments, many o' women's relative beauty has been referred to as a "6-pack" or even in extreme cases as "she's so ugly, it'd take a 12-pack to make her attractive". Some people are too sensitive and look to be slighted so they can fly the equality and persecution flag.

As Sgt Hulka said (not directed to anyone in this thread), "Lighten up, Francis".

Back on topic, I sent a nice email to the seller of the 10' Unimesh in Iowa that I was interested, but let them know (through inference) that $400 is a wee bit too much. We'll see if they have a change in eco-reality.

Alburnett sat dish

Thanks for the heads up about this dish. It was about 5 miles from me and now has found a home in my yard. I already have the "sister" dish to this one installed and working. The dish was 11.5 foot eight pannel fiberglass on a 6 inch cement filled 7.5 foot post. The other "sister" dish (11.5 foot same model) is installed on a Birdview mount and all wired up.

I've been away from C band dishes for many years, but saw this on my local craigslist. (link below)
He's just about giving it away and I'm thinking I just might jump back in for that kind of money.
It's got a 4D receiver and they didn't exist back when I had a C band system. Therefore, I don't know a thing about the receiver end of things, plus I'll have to check my "view" in the backyard.
