Likely tonight or Friday night!

[dfergie]

Have a stack waiting also, picked up the Pirates movies I lost In the fire... Might be Captain Jack time this weekend.

[dfergie]

Captain Philip's followed by Dawn of the Planet of the Apes...

The Fate of the Furious

Other than it having several gaping plot holes, it was very enjoyable. I look forward to seeing the last one, whenever it's released.

Next: Escape From New York (Blu)

[KAB]

Kong: Skull Island. Almost forgot I watched it. Super MEH!

[long_time_Dish]

Next up: The Man From Laramie (in Blu)

I've seen it a dozen times on Retroplex, but this'll be the first time on BD.

I think this latest one had my suspension-of-disbelief meter pegged in many of the driving action set-pieces, and in some of the plot points. This one had larger plot issues than some of it's predecessors...

The submarine bit was so realistic though...

That one had me actually saying "no way in h*ll" out-loud...

Eric Clapton Slowhand at 70

Great stuff, have the player set to source direct and let the 940E scale to 2160p and it looked outstanding.

Last: Shin Godzilla

I reboot of the franchise. Video was very good. Audio was an anemic 3.1 although there were some scenes with good bass.

Next: Kong: Skull Island UHD

Might as well since I'm on gigantic, destructive creatures.

Next up in no order .

Loved Quarry, hated they cancelled...

xXx: The Return of Xander Cage

Enjoyable action flick, to a point. I think Vin has too much of an "over the top" mentality in his recent films...

Last: Prometheus

Watched it on VUDU. Didn't feel like watching it again in 3D, nor did I feel like digging through my discs trying to find it. Audio and Video were good. Going to watch Alien: Covenant UHD tonight.

Creed from Amazon, can't believe it took this long to watch... really good.
Followed with Hell or High Water, another good one.

Beauty and Beast Live Action

Enjoyed it, not normally a fan of musical stuff but it was fun. PQ was great too.

Last: X-Men First Class

Only remembered bits and pieces. Want to get to Apocalypse, so I'm watching the trilogy.

Next: Days of Future Past

This one I'm pretty I haven't watched.

I liked the "Rogue Cut" version better, but both are very good...
