Looking for available list if English channels on Ku-band

I am looking for a list of English stations that are available FTA .
I am currently aimed at 101W and G19 but a good majority of those stations are all Arabic or Chinese.
Can someone point me to a good satellite with decent English programming.
I am in Colorado and do not have HD yet , currently only have a Coolsat 5000

in my opinion what you are asking for does not exsist (on ku-band)....only c-band....

I guess it depends on what he wants to really get. While yes there is more English channels on C-Band if the OP cant put up a 6 foot dish and is only limited to KU there are some channels out there that are good.

I do have a c-band dish I just have not gotten it setup yet?

I need to get a good LNB I only have a norsat atm that will only do Horizontal or Vertical.

If I do get it going what is the best single SAT to point at.
I really do not do sports.
