In response to why V doesn't give locals like the other guys --simply put, there would be very little HD if they wasted their bandwith on locals all over the country. That is why the other guys offer so little HD.
 
very well put FAYRICH and MR BIGGLES. Ive noticed some make a brand new id just to come in and post some elaborate complaint and leave. In the AVS forum as well.
