More billing problems

I cancelled the credit card just in case Voom still can't get their sh** together, which is extremely likely.

Because of this, I won't ever go back to Voom. I posted here to warn others about my experience, in the hopes that they will protect themselves.

Whoa! Cancelling your CC is a kind of extreme measure to fix your problem with Voom. By the way, did it fix your problem? :D
