Why not post a poll?

There are too many variables to just post a poll.

I had to look in my owners manual :D

Sony Trinitron 27" (1999 1st Generation, maybe we should have a poll on who has the oldest model)

Componet
704 X 480, it will do 480i, 480p, 720p
I watch SD in 480p and and HD in 720p
(also use the analog out during software downloads to watch the progress as the STB flips to 1080i during downloads)

Voom is still tweaking the PQ. If you are kind enough to post the following:

1- Which connection are you using for your HDTV -- Component or DVI.

2- What is the Native Resolution of your Display.

I will start with mine. Two HDTVs both on DVI connection. Sony GWII LCD is 768p Native Resolution and Samsung DLP is 720p.

If you do not know the native resolution of your display look it up in your manual or online.

Thanks.
Pioneer Pro 1000HD Plasma, Native on STB Native on Pioneer 1280X768 using component video

3 HD sets, 2 STBs: Mitsubishi WD-62825 DLP native res is 720p, Mitsubishi WS-55413 RPTV native res is 1080i, and a Sony KV-34HS510 CRT native res is 1080i as well) using DVI cables on both Mitsus w/ the DLP having a DVI-to-HDMI adapter, while using an RCA wireless video sender for the Sony. Voom STB on DLP set on 720p while on RPTV and CRT set on 1080i (on a side note, on the Mitsu RPTV when using DVI when watching SD, looks like the picture is shifted more to the left so its not centered, haven't had this problem when using component, any comments on this?)
