The best way to upgrade Nero is to watch the weekly sales at Frys.com. They will have it with rebates that reduce the cost to $0 if you have a competitive product or a prior version. Good times are Black Friday and New Year's sales.

I have Nero 9 and it's actually been as good as any version I've ever had. I use Nero Vision a lot for editing HD files and it's still slow and a resource hog but produces excellent results. Don't see anything in 10 though that would get me to buy it.
