No and no good installer will sleeve that mast it will fail an inspection but the .2 ea is the same size of a .2 wa it's the same dish just diff skew and elv on the polar plate the .4 ea will get a better signal though bigger reflector
 
I was actually seeing if there is a technical problem for E* installer to reuse the holes that D* made?
I guess I need to take a more direct approach: not a chance. The typical solution is to leave the dish alone. If you don't annoy the installer, you might be able to get them to remove the dish and mast leaving the foot.

The key lies in leaving the foot where it is.
