I1m new to this and know nothing about FTA adnc-band but have a change to pick-up a 10' dmesh dish with rotar need to know what else I will need to get started. and ,know how to move and reset up I have no receiver as of yet.

A signal meter and maybe a DTV/Dish network 18" dish and LNBF to get started. The Dish/Bev birds, 91, 110, 119 are easier to get for newbies, IMHO, than the standard stuff. Use 11250 LO and 20000 for SR.
