Baker Mayfield is starting for the Rams tonight against the Raiders.

And even more surprising, he seems to be doing better than the score would indicate.

edit: Ha! Surprise!!!

Back to back NFL games that was 16-3 with 3 minutes left, and the team that was losing wins in the final seconds, 17-16.

Tom Brady and…………Baker Mayfield???

You just can't make this sh#t up!!

Wow, and I was watching and turned it off when the News came on ....

To be fair, the Raiders have themselves to blame. Knocking the ball out of Mayfield's hands should get that Raiders player a $50K fine from the team.

Absolutely!! Especially since that penalty was a dead ball personal foul, following a sack. The Rams had no timeouts left. After the penalty the clock stopped, the Rams got the automatic first down (instead of 3rd and forever) and Mayfield was able to huddle and reset. Dumb, dumb, dumb!!! All that said, you still have to give Mayfield credit for his performance after getting picked up just days ago.

Glad for Mayfield.

I turned it off when the Rams scored their first TD thinking the Raiders would keep possession...

Typical Chargers. Win when they're expected to lose, and lose when they're expected to win.

Kyler Murray just went down with a non contact injury (which is never good). Hate to see it.

Just want to say

GO DETROIT LIONS

Random thoughts... SNF isn't same without Al, TNF sucks without Chris, MNF... wonder if Troy and Joe regret leaving Fox, Fox games about the same..., but I watch MNF more now, just my opinion

[meStevo]

TNF has prime vision, I'll take that over any commentary

MNF I usually just have Manningcast on when available.

[BillD1984]

Kyler Murray with a torn ACL. That absolutely sucks!!

Trouble with the NFL is it's only played once a week 17 times. if it was a 40 game season fans and media would be more gracious.
