Peyton went down, but the Panther player had nothing to do with it, he touched him BEFORE he actually was down, this one should stand, which will still end up being an incomplete pass.

And the officials miss this one too.

Peyton was going down regardless, but the Panther player didn't cause it. Nor did he touch him after he went down.
