Just want to share bad experience for ordering pocketdish online through pocketdish.com.
Taking advantage of new lower price with rebate, the day before yesterday, I tried to order AV500E online but received server error message after I clicked "place order". With the assumption the transaction didn't go through, I received phone call from my credit card company for the verification of this purchase. After the request for reject the payment, I called pocketdish contact number and learned there is sever problem now. So please don't use online purchase now, instead, call them.
