As long as your not seeing them during the show, IF you are, then the don't have you on the correct plan.

I don't mind something like that (a Promo) for thier own stuff BEFORE the show starts.
Yeah - it was nothing during the shows. Just the ads at the beginning that I then needed to skip. I didn't realize there was a difference between ads and promos.

I find this is typical of other "ad-free" service plans from AppleTV, Peacock, Disney+, etc. Seems pretty consistent across the industry that promos for other content on a given platform are not considered ads, despite what customers may think.

I don't mind them as long as they are not breaking up the action during the show/movie.

I prefer them, those promos are how I discover new shows, Mobland was the latest I watched because of them.

I didn't realize others did this as well. Previously I have only done a streaming service if I could get a great deal, usually a Black Friday deal, and these were always for a full year with ads. This is my first time trying an ad-free service.
