Picture freeze

I have a 54-200 and a wired mini hooked up. The picture will just randomly freeze on either or both at once and the only solution is to change the channel and it comes back. Is this a box issue or just software.

Possible wiring issue, it could even be in another room.

Do you have multiple outlets active without minis connected to them?

It's just split once. The main receiver and the mini. Only 2 things on the system.

It still sounds like a wiring issue. Call Directv tech support and have them run a moca test.

Once they run the test they can tell if it's the wiring or the box.
