Just stumbled onto this plugin which will be very useful for me while doing dish orientation and using the Edision via wifi as my sat meter to measure signals while at the dish.

The Raed Quick Signal plugin, once installed, allows single key operation. Press 'Text' and the onscreen signal meter appears for the selected channel. Press the right or left key to move to a different channel. Press Exit to end the plugin's operation. Wish I knew about this long ago.

sounds great indeed! What image is that available on?

I remember some image that I tried a while ago that had massive display for the signal meter ("signal finder") that made it easy to fine tune a dish while looking at the TV screen from a distance, compared to the somewhat small fonts in most images. I cant remember if that was Vix or PLI or maybe PürE2

I'm using TNAP 5.1. I usually use the Signal Finder which has a large signal bar (see below) but it requires multiple key taps which is less convenient when at the dish than Raed's tool.

Note: Raed is a plug-in. So you may be able to download it to other images.

is it available in the Plugin - Dowload menu? Or did you have to install it manually? I can't seem to find it in TNAP 5.1... Or could it be that not all plugins are available depending on the skin being used? (I'm using the Glamour Aura skin)

I don't recall if I manually downloaded it using Download Plugins or it just appeared in my Installed Plugins. It's now sitting in the Extensions section of my Installed Plugins. I've always used the PLi-FullNightHD skin.

ok I see it now - looks like it's installed by default, i was overthinking it and looking only in the download sections - and on my images it's not listed there

it's also installed by default in TNAP 6
