RT Español Issues

Good Morning Guys, long long time gone since I dont have my C Band setup anymore but a friend is asking me if RT Español, probably the Latinamerican signal, is having intermittent issues today . I think it is on Intelsat 21 on C Band but I am not sure. Any help will be appreciated and Thanks in Advance.

The mux that includes RT Espanol in HD and France24 changed frequency from 3880H to 4080 V 30000. The new frequency has been up for a month or two, and it looks like the 3880H signal is now gone. RT Espanol in SD is also on 3840 V 27690

Thanks guys, the problem like you said was that the TP changed parameters to a new frequency polarity so my friend had to manually scan it again. Thanks again , it was a great help !
