Rumour on Dish Buyback of VOOM STB's?

I saw this thread over on the Dishnetwork forum and wondered where the source for that would be--it was via an installer, so must have been just idle gossip, but then, one never knows--time will tell.

The rumor I heard was it was going to be the new Switch from Voom to Dish promo in July.

Kind of like what cable was doing, they would take your Dish receiver and you would get a specail promo for switching.

THey were going to take the old Voom receviers as proof that you had voom, the price, discount and terms are going to be the same as they are now.

In other words the promo now is better (you get to keep your receiver).


Again all just rumors.
