Check the signal strengths on 103s t16 and t19. It looks like you should be able to get them according to the satmaps link at the top of the page. If you have at least 80 on those transponders, you will get reliable reception.

I live in SE NM, where I'm at we can't get our state(Albuquerque) locals in HD... the SD is available.

From the map Denver should be in the orange, that's where we are and don't get.
