I believe It used to be on 99w but as far as I know it has been gone for a while.

Thank you all for answering my question. I am looking for non-internet sources for everything because the internet is so shaky here.

They discontinued their C-Band feed back in 2021, so the only non-internet options are DISH channel 256, DIRECTV channel 224, or their daily paid programming telecasts that air on local stations in some markets.

A lot of the smaller networks now deliver their feeds to MVPDs via fiber or IP instead of satellite.
