Should we be credited for the bad programming?
Should we call VOOM and complain?
Should we really be paying?

Especially after the lock-ups, black-outs, dvi issue, etc.. etc.. etc..

It's almost impossible to enjoy VOOM without any one of these issues to get in your way several times a day....

I know they are trying to get this all worked out on a new fix but should we really be paying for service that is not 100%?
 
I was installed on the 15th of this month and recieved a bill yesterday. They will take their payment today on auto pay. Seems awful quick to me.

You would think they would wait.

I Got Installed on The 16th & I Got My Bill Yesterday. It Will Be Auto Paid Today. I Have Had Directv For 4 Years & In The Satellite Biz They Want Their Money Yesterday. They Are All Like That. As For pOINTBLaNK Get A New Receiver! My 2 stbs Works Great. THey Worked Great Before The Update & After 10,000 Times Better After The Recent Software Update.
