Should we be credited for the bad programming?
Should we call VOOM and complain?
Should we really be paying?
Especially after the lock-ups, black-outs, dvi issue, etc.. etc.. etc..
It's almost impossible to enjoy VOOM without any one of these issues to get in your way several times a day....
I know they are trying to get this all worked out on a new fix but should we really be paying for service that is not 100%?
