Sirius Problems

So it seems Sirius can't kill enough good channels fast enough to create narrow focused personality/group channels. Channels are miss labeled for months like Jazz Cafe now Sirius Disorder. Now I get billed a month early for an annual subscription, the web site reset info on my account web page, and the CS center makes Dish's look sophisticated. What's up with this? Is XM any better in the customer care dept? Should I just buy HD radio because satellite radio has peeked because I can't see a merger improving these problems.
Anyone else have insight here?:hungry:
