It makes sense. I've decided not be a a "Day 1" person anyways. While I love my Playstation I still have lots of games that I've bought that I haven't played on my PS3. I'm still buying games too Saints Row IV, GTA V, and WWE2k14 to just name three off the top of my head. Anyways the major driving factor is the fact that last generations console releases were plagued with hardware problems (especially microsoft) So I figured after being out for a year if there are any major problems the new revisions will hit the market right at about that time. I actually didn't get my PS3 until Holiday 2008, and my Xbox 360 until Holiday 2009 anyways. I was to busy playing world of warcraft.
Getting a PS4 day one, if it so happens that I could turn around and sell it for double my investment I'll be happy to and then buy both early next year. If I can't no worries.
