Sprint in talks with DISH

I am guessing what is going to be happening, is that instead of satellite antennas receiving signals from outerspace. It is going to become like how cellphones receive their signals, through the towers.

Right now Dish offers satellite internet which is highly capped, expensive and has long ping times. By offering through cell phone towers hopefully they will be able to offer a lot more bandwidth and a *LOT* better responsiveness. It will be like a cell phone but they are using fixed base stations with antennas optimized for their service.
