no. You would need standard LNB;s to use a 4x4 multiswitch

Oh. a 4X8 (or 4X4) multiswitch has a 22k switch built in, so you can't use it with a Universal. Universals have a 22k switch built in also. You can't use two 22k switches in a row.

What if there was a multiswitch with an Ecoda style 22k switch inside?

exception to the rule is an ecoda and then the Universal needs to be on the 22k side and it ALWAYS is on...there is no way to have a 22k and a Universal working both bands in the same line
